Alice in Wonderland Blu Ray + DVD Combo Pack by Karla Vadillo

When I heard or read somewhere that Tim Burton was teaming up again with Disney for us to enjoy Alice in Wonderland…I was thrilled! Tim Burton is an amazing person who I had the joy of meeting in Guanajuato at the 20th edition of their short film festival called Expresión en Corto. He gave a kind of massive interview since it was not properly a conference. For almost 3 hours, patiently responded to all the questions and we all enjoyed his anecdotes and the valuable information he was willing to give freely to all of us. He is a genius and transparent which could be considered are valuable traits in a person dedicated to filmmaking like he is.

Alice in Wonderland is everywhere thanks to Lewis Carroll and now to Disney and Tim Burton. Last summer I went to Oxford and found myself in Wonderland. In case you have not visited yet, Louis lived there and they have guided tours to show you Oxford University (composed by several universities) and also, to show the visitors the gardens where he got part of his inspiration to write this amazing story. I was just reading a book on ethics yesterday and they mention him too! It was regarding the use of the language, so from every point of view and essay, this story is compelling, complex and marvelous even today.

Alice in Wonderland, Disney + Tim Burton version is a trip back to Alice´s world, ten years later. She has settled into believing that Underland/Wonderland was just a dream and she can wake up from it whenever she wants, just as her father taught her how. She´ is becoming an adult and is facing an important question to everyone around her. A little before that, she starts seeing a peculiar rabbit wearing a vest and decides the answer can wait and she needs to find out who or where is he going.

Wonderland is a world beyond our imagination and different from anything we have seen before. The extraordinary characters you have loved come to life richer and more colorful than ever, in this movie that broke audience records on its first weekend of exhibition. We have: the Mad Hatter (Johnny Depp), the White Queen (Anne Hathaway), the Red Queen (Helena Bonham Carter), the White Rabbit (Michael Sheen) and more. It is an incredible feast that captivates eyes, ears and hearts to those who love this story, those who identify with the characters in one way or another and for people of all ages who enjoy great stories and great animation.

This June 1st we will have the opportunity to get the Disney 3 disc Blu Ray Combo pack (Blu Ray + DVD + Digital Copy) of Alice in Wonderland.
